Death And The Three Brothers

Woosh, as the wind blew, there were three brothers. The three brothers were slowly walking down a scary, dark, horrifying road. It was just after 11 o'clock at night so it was scarier. Anxiously they came across a rushing river there was no bridge and they wanted to go over to the other side so all of the three brothers used their powers of their wands to make a bridge. They were walking over the bridge then a dark shadow appeared it was Death. Ocanally Death congratulated the three brothers because they had made a bridge like no other wizards did. With one wish each the first brother demanded for the most powerful crystle ever so Death pulled the crystle out of his sleeve and gave it to the oldest brother. The second brother asked for a stone to bring people back to life and heal them so Death gotta normal stone and took some of the power off his crown and put it on the stone. The youngest brother was what I call the smartest brother because he asked for an invisibility cloak. The first brother took the crystal and killed lots of peoples animals, while the oldest brother was asleep the king told his guards to go and kill him. So the guards went to his house and slit his throat and threw him in a pit. Death came and dug him out and took him as his own. The second brother asked for a stone to bring his loved ones back to life. The second brother went To his house and brought his wife back to life But his wife was sad and lonely and Didn't feel like she should be in the world. So the second brother killed himself because he was so sad but also to be up in heaven with his wife again. The youngest brother asked for an invisibility cloak so death couldn't follow him. For years Death searched for a long time but could not find him. One day the youngest brother came to death. The youngest brother called death an old friend and the youngest brother gave his invisibility cloak to his son and the youngest brother went with death up to heaven.

Diamonds Fractions

I have been learning about fractions because this term our maths focus is on fractions. 
I enjoyed making the pizzas because you can make it any size you want.
I found it challenging to doing some of the questions because some of them are hard.
I would change the colour of the pizza next time because they are plane

10 Year Old Mcdonald's burger

Today I was learning about the 10 year old cheeseburger because it was for our reading.

I enjoyed making the screencastify because I like filming and being a news reporter at home.

I found getting some of the names of things challenging because some of the words are Iceland.

Next time I would change the background because I could of got a better background.

Today I was learning how to make a gif because we are learning how to be safe online.

I enjoyed putting the images on because you could put any image on.

I found it challenging to write the word on because I didn't know what to write.

My digital learning object shows that I can make a gif.

Next time I would change the background because my backgrounds are kinda plane.

Guy Fawkes Poster

Today I learnt about Guy Fawkes because Guy fawkes was a couple of weeks ago
I enjoyed getting a background for my slides because you got to choose your own background.
I found getting information off the video because you would have to get the information from the video. next time I would change the font because my font is a bit boring   

Dumplings

On monday my classroom. Room 3 made dumplings I had never eaten or made dumplings before so I didn't know how to eat dumplings or make dumplings. Our Chinese teacher Yizi and her friend luscy help us to make dumplings.



Ingredients

• Pastry
• Meat
• Veggies
• Soy Sauce
• Vinegar
• Chilli sauce
• Water
• Oil 
• ( You can get all of this stuff from Pak N Save)

Tools

• Long tongs
• Grill
• Pan
• Teaspoon
• Fork
• Bowls - 3
• Plate
• ( You can get this stuff from any hardware shop)

Method


1. First you had to get some of the Jiaozi (pastry) that is in a circle that has flour on the top and bottom. ( you can get from pak n save or the Chinese shop by bollywood).


2. Next you get any meat you want and any veggies you want in as well.


3. After that you mix the meat and veggies together. Soon we had to get our Jiaozi (prasty) and put a teaspoon of meat and put it in the middle of the Jiaozi fold the other half over then get a fork and push the pastry down until air tight sealed.

4.Next cook the dumplings on the grill but put the pan on the grill and oil.

5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until crisp and golden

Real or Fake

 Today I learnt if pictures are real or fake because we don't want to be tricked into buying something that's not real.
During today's lesson I enjoyed the part when we had to take the pictures because we got to pick what we were taking a picture of.  
 I found putting a picture on to my slide was quite challenging because you had to remove the background and then the upload the picture on to the spot were you wanted it to be.  Next time I would change the size of me because I am pretty small.
