On monday my classroom. Room 3 made dumplings I had never eaten or made dumplings before so I didn't know how to eat dumplings or make dumplings. Our Chinese teacher Yizi and her friend luscy help us to make dumplings.
Ingredients

- Soy Sauce
- Vinegar
- Chilli sauce
- Water
- Oil
- ( You can get all of this stuff from Pak N Save)

- Teaspoon
- Fork
- Bowls - 3
- Plate
- ( You can get this stuff from any hardware shop)
Method
1. First you had to get some of the Jiaozi (pastry) that is in a circle that has flour on the top and bottom. ( you can get from pak n save or the Chinese shop by bollywood).
2. Next you get any meat you want and any veggies you want in as well.
3. After that you mix the meat and veggies together. Soon we had to get our Jiaozi (prasty) and put a teaspoon of meat and put it in the middle of the Jiaozi fold the other half over then get a fork and push the pastry down until air tight sealed.
4.Next cook the dumplings on the grill but put the pan on the grill and oil.
5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until crisp and golden
