A prayer for the ANZAC’s

Dear Lord,
Thank you for the soldiers that died to save our country whilst fighting during the wars.
Please make sure that the soldiers rest in peace and that the world has peace as we are people.
Take care of all the families of the loved ones who have gone up to a better place.
Please shine your light on the red poppies as they are a symbol of the freedom that we gained through the tragic losses of those who protected our country.
Thank you Lord,

Amen

  1. Kia ora Ruby, this is a stunning prayer. Did you write this yourself or find it on the internet? The symbol of poppies is a really beautiful reminder of the amazing people NZ and AUS lots during the wars. Ka pai, Miss Hickling.
